Fort Ligonier’s 250th Anniversary Continues with “The World Ablaze: An Introduction to the Seven Years’ War,” a major exhibition drawn from Fort Ligonier’s permanent collections. The exhibition graphically demonstrates the French and Indian War at Fort Ligonier.

The Laurel Highlands has it very own flatiron building in Brownsville, approximately 10 miles west of Uniontown which houses the Frank L. Melega Art Museum. The museum features the artist’s famous depictions of the Coal and Coke Era, and other artworks.
